A History of Stability

Founded in February of 1978, Kelley performed heavy industrial concrete work for some of the biggest names in the midwest: Ford, General Electric, Rohm & Haas, Phillip Morris and many more.

As a smaller company working for very large ones, there was only one way to compete: Do every job right, on time and on budget. Employing those same values, we began seeking commercial work and positioning Kelley Construction as a general contractor. The response was overwhelming.

In the corporate world, word of our reliability spread, awareness grew, and new national customers followed even as we won repeat business from existing customers.

As we've grown, Kelley has maintained its philosophy of working with customers as partners on each project. The open and transparent manner with which we approach every project helps to ensure that we are all on the same team, sharing a common goal.
