These were husband and wife’s, Joseph Kelley Sr. and Joy Kelley, values when they started Kelley Construction in 1978 in Louisville, KY.

Driven to serve their local community, they focused on performing heavy industrial work for some of the leading businesses in the country, such as Ford, General Electric, Rohm & Haas, Philip Morris, and more. And as a smaller company, they knew their core values and customer service practices needed to be exceptional.

And they were beyond exceptional.

As word of the company’s reliability and expertise spread, Kelley Construction branched into commercial work, immediately capturing the attention of new, national clients.

Having built a company equipped to continue to pour into their local economy in Louisville and excel nationally, Kelley continues to focus on developing lasting and mutually beneficial relationships with clients and supplier partners.
