Renovations nearly complete at Colony Shops in St. Matthews

Renovations of the Colony Shops Retail Center in St. Matthews are nearing completion, and the retail and commercial center at 211 Clover Lane has 2,000-square-feet currently vacant.

In April, Arcadia Communities LLC became a partner in the center’s ownership group, Clover Lane Shopping LLC.

Immediately, Arcadia began making cosmetic improvements to the 22,000-square-foot facility, which was constructed in 1926.

“I think it’s a really good opportunity,” said Brian Durbin, president of Arcadia Communities. “It’s a nice location, the building just needs a little TLC.”
