NTS Development Company is a residential and commercial real-estate developer and property management company servicing major markets in both the Midwest and Southern region of the United States. Kelley Construction has an extensive history working with NTS and recently completed a retail center in Louisville, KY for tenants such as Starbucks Coffee Company and Qdoba Mexican Grill. This project was completed in March 2012.

In addition to completing the strip center, Kelley Construction also completed the tenant build-out for Qdoba Mexican Grill, another long-term client.
