Paristown
Kelley Construction was selected to renovate the historic Louisville Stoneware built in the 1880’s as part of the gentrification project of the Paristown area. There was selective demo to the 4 story building. The building had settled approximately 15 inches, so the floors had to be lifted. We fit out a new retail area including making your own clay, sampling station and other interactive areas as well as the relocation of one of Louisville’s favorite restaurants, The Cafe.
