In 2012, Kelley Construction completed Regus’ first Louisville, KY facility which is located inside the historic MET Building in the center of the downtown business district. The project involved a complete demolition and tenant build-out of an entire floor within the multiple-story, more than century old building with several other operating tenants. Located in a high traffic area, the Kelley Construction team also effectively overcame challenges associated with the tight site location.
