Sapporo Japanese Grill and Sushi

Voted Best-Designed Restaurant by local residents in 2002, Sapporo Japanese Grill and Sushi in Louisville, KY required that much of the interior be custom-built. To these specifications, much of the design was decided throughout the job.

Sapporo Japanese Grill and Sushi sits on Bardstown Road in The Highlands. The eye-catching interior detailing creates an upscale, metropolitan design. From the purple-and-green neon lights that line one wall; curved, glass blocks in the bar; and bright-brushed, steel panels in the teppanyaki area to the black marble sushi bar, the time and effort put into this job made for a one-of-a-kind, state-of-the-art restaurant. Louisville residents voted Sapporo as one of the Best-Designed establishments in the city.
