Devon Energy Greenfield Terminal

Kelley Construction was selected as a key contractor at the Devon Energy Greenfield terminal in Cuero, TX as part of the Victoria Express Pipeline. Kelley Construction was involved in nearly every phase of construction from site development to final commissioning in converting the 47 acre farm into an 8-bay truck-unloading terminal with 2000,000 BBL of above-ground storage capacity.

After successful clearing and grubbing of the property and demolition of existing structures, Kelley Construction installed 5,000 LF of underground firewater lines, 160,000 SF of access roadways, 200 drilled shafts, and nearly 2,000 CY of concrete for 30 miscellaneous structural foundations. The project required close coordination with all parties involved to successfully put the new facility on-line on schedule.
