Project Overview

Kelley Construction renovated  51,000 sf of the existing West and Central wings of the St. Joseph Children’s Home located in Crescent Hill. The three-floor renovation of this 135-year-old building was conducted in phases. Demolition and construction of the West wing was completed while the owner occupied the Central and East wings. Once that renovation was complete, the owner moved into the West wing and construction on the other wings commenced.

The renovations consisted of a complete overhaul of the HVAC system which included new boilers, all handling units and hydraunic piping throughout. There was also a complete overhaul of the electrical system with LED lighting, specialty fixtures and a new elevator.
