This 72-bed, 57,000 sq.ft. build is Collin Springs Behavioral Health Hospital located in McKinney, TX. The Kelley team was contracted to complete the new full build which included 36 in-patient rooms with 2 beds in each, treatment areas, recreational space, labs, exam rooms, out-patient treatment areas, dietary assistance with a full commercial kitchen, administrative space and a pharmacy.
