Project Overview
The Delcour A Warehouse is one of two Delcour warehouses the Kelley team was contracted to complete. It is also the largest of the two standing at 350,000 sq.ft. Delcour A is a tilt-up build with a 36’ clear height and all utilities within 5’ of the buildings exterior.
