By offering expanded capabilities and capacity, reducing time, touch, and travel. The Kelley team was contracted to complete this 250,000 sq. ft. ground up, tilt-up warehouse, with the design and build consisting of 7,500 sq.ft. tenant improvement space. This new addition, to the already growing community, created several new jobs and another Bluegrass Supply Chain milestone.
