Kelley Construction was awarded the site development and ring-wall foundation project in Borger, TX. This project spanned nearly a year, working from site preparation though dike complete once the tank construction was complete. Our team was able improve execution by also securing the ring-wall construction contract with the tank contractor. This allow Kelley to coordinate all aspects of civil construction with two separate clients.

Our work included: 7-acres of site clearing & grubbing, SWPP, mass excavation, access roads, earthen dike construction, 212’ concrete ring-wall foundation, storm water piping and catch basins, and area stoning. We moved about 46,000 cubic yards of earth and placed about 10,000 tons of stone.
