Project Overview
Kelley Construction was contracted to complete the expansion of TMC Pharmacy in Nicholasville, KY. This project delivered a modern compounding pharmacy designed for efficient supplement formulation and distribution. The facility includes specialized compounding areas—prep rooms, buffer rooms, a capsule room, and a tablet room. These areas were built to meet strict safety and cleanliness standards. A 4,000 sq.ft. dispensary area is supported with a warehouse for packaging and logistics. On the mezzanine level, a data entry department, break room, conference room, and multiple offices provide essential support and workspace for staff.
