KORT Retail Center
Project Overview
This retail center in Jeffersonville, IN is 10,000 sq. ft. with three tenant retail spaces. The majority of the tenant space is home to the KORT Physical Therapy office that is complete with equipment and assessment rooms to provide expectational care for patients during their healing journey. The other half is split between a Home Health care office and a vacant space. The scope of work included a retention pond for added storm runoff.
