As part of Phillips 66 Gray Oak Pipeline projects, Kelley Construction was selected as the contractor for the site development for the grassroot terminal in Helena, TX. Kelley Construction’s scope for the sitework included all site clearing and grubbing on the 25 acre greenfield site as well as rough grading, site storm drainage, heavy haul roads and 192,000 CY bulk cut to stockpile. Kelley Construction was also selected as the contractor for the tank foundations on this project. We completed (2) 175’ tank foundations and (1) 134’ tank foundation with a project duration of 49 days.
