Air Space 1 was the second building in a phased development to be constructed for tenant Dixie Warehouse Service. This 284,000 sq. ft., tilt-up facility operated on an accelerated schedule and was built during the winter months. To meet both the owner’s and tenant’s needs, the Kelley Construction team worked to identify unique alternatives for reaching the tight deadline. Product racks were assembled and installed after structural steel was placed.
