KCC Companies is an employee-owned company dedicated to providing complete design, manufacturing, installation, and service for commercial & residential Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC). The Kelley team completed this 361,000 sq.ft. ground up, tilt-up warehouse that will serve as the company’s main office headquarters and one of their main manufacturing facilities in Simpsonville, KY. Along with HVAC equipment, this facility will produce roof curbs and adapters as well as provide 700 jobs to the community.
