Project Overview
Kelley Construction completed this state of the art, ground-up industrial laundry facility for UniFirst in Louisville, KY. The facility supports UniFirst’s uniform rental and laundry operations, serving as both a high-capacity processing plant and a distribution hub. The facility is organized into five key operational zones: 2 stories of administrative offices, soiled processing, clean processing, a vehicle maintenance bay, and a wastewater treatment area designed to support water reuse and environmental compliance.
