Project Overview

The Epsilon Omicron Chapter of Beta Theta Pi Fraternity recently constructed a beautiful new fraternity house at the University of Kentucky in Lexington, KY.
This 22,000 square foot, 3-story wood frame brick house is equipped with 40 beds, as well as multiple living rooms, study areas, and rooms for socializing with large couches and televisions. There is also a full kitchen, a large dining room and a library.
