Kelley Construction recently completed Phase III of the Humana Exchange project with a first floor renovation featuring new interior meeting and collaborative spaces with high-end finished, frameless interior storefront, entry planters, phone rooms, restrooms and open work areas, as well as a new open courtyard with a balcony leading into the second floor interior and decorative lighting to the new storefront entrance into the collaborative spaces. This downtown Louisville project was designed to encourage teamwork through gatherings and social interactions for Humana’s employees. Kelley Construction also recently completed Phase II of the Humana Exchange.
