Kelley Construction was selected to build a new 240,000 square foot bulk storage warehouse for Kinder Morgan at their Pinney Dock facility in Ashtabula, OH. This multi-phase project included the demolition of the existing warehouse, auger pressure grouted piles, new concrete floor and concrete containment walls.
The new warehouse, a 200’ x 1200’ free span building, includes 2,800 lineal feet of concrete bunk wall, 640 lineal feet storm drain piping, 190+ auger piles, 82 concrete piers, site concrete paving, and building aprons.
The Kelley Construction team worked diligently to keep cost down throughout the duration of this project resulting in additional phases of work from the owner.
